This Hawley, PA customer had water coming into their basement every time it rained. After some research and reading positive reviews, they decided to give Liberty Basement Systems a call to solve the problem. 

Inspector, Jeff Persavage decided the best way to solve this problem was to Install WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and Exterior Discharge Line to repair and stop any further damage to their basement. 

WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard is a piping system engineered to specifically solve Basement water problems effectively without worry of clogging from soils under the floor. The System intercepts water at the perimeter of your basement and drains it unseen and safely away. Then, TrenchDrain was installed along the doorway and stairway. TrenchDrain collects water and drains it to a perimeter drainage system/Sump Pump. TrenchDrain is designed to connect to our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. Additionally, a TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to keep the basement dry with the protecting of its 3-pump system. Any water that comes in will move through the WaterGuard System and carried to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. An Exterior Discharge Line was installed to carry the water that is drained into the TripleSafe Sump Pump and be safely remove it from the home. 

The homeowner decided they would like to use their basement as a recreational space. With our WaterGuard Drainage System installed, combined with other Basement System Products, the customer can now enjoy a clean, healthy, and dry basement for good! 

Through the foundation wall and the ground, water was leaking into this crawl space. We installed a drain tile with drainage matting, a TripleSafe Sump Pump system, and encapsulated the space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep this family's crawl space healthy & dry.

Due to weakened soil around this home's foundation, the foundation wall buckled and bowed inward. Excess moisture in backfilled soil expands and exerts pressure on your foundation walls. Known as hydrostatic pressure, it can seriously damage your foundation walls. In order to provide permanent stabilization, foundation push piers were installed as the most effective solution.
