Due to weakened soil around this home's foundation, the foundation wall buckled and bowed inward. Excess moisture in backfilled soil expands and exerts pressure on your foundation walls. Known as hydrostatic pressure, it can seriously damage your foundation walls. In order to provide permanent stabilization, foundation push piers were installed as the most effective solution.
There was water entering this basement from underneath the basement entry door. Our solution consisted of installing a TrenchDrain surface drainage system at the doorway to capture and direct surface water to the sump pump system. This not only stopped the water from entering the basement, it also provided a permanent solution to keep the basement dry and protected.
Customer stated that there was water coming into their basement through the doorway. A SuperSump Pump system was installed in the same location that water was coming through. This will permanently solve their water problem in the basement.
