This homeowner in Elysburg had existing basement waterproofing, but poor exterior drainage. The water was causing soil erosion around the foundation, which was also adding to the water issue in the basement. Liberty Basement Systems was able to add a buried discharge line, complete with our patented lawnscape cap to be able to properly divert the water away from the foundation.

Using the PowerBrace System for permanent stabilization,  Liberty Basement Systems was able to solve this homeowners bowing foundation wall problem. 

As a result of excessive moisture damage to the floor joists above this basement, the floor began to sag. To support the weak floor joists in the basement and stabilize the sagging floor above, we installed SmartJack Support Posts.

The PushPier System was installed to permanently stabilize the home's settling foundation. 

This foundation wall was showing signs of failure. It was bowing and large cracks were forming. The homeowner was looking for a permanent solution to their foundation problems, so they called us. After an inspection, we were able to tell the homeowners that we could solve their foundation wall problems!

We installed an EverBrace Wall Restoration System. EverBrace is made from corrugated steel panels and I-Beams. It allows the weight of the failing wall to be transferred to the EverBrace System! This foundation wall is now secured and the homeowners are enjoying their newfound peace of mind!
