Due to high moisture levels in this homeowner's basement, the existing support post rotted and became unstable. As a permanent replacement, we installed our SmartJack support post.

These beams provide tension to the wall and prevent further bowing or tilting due to outside pressure. The tension can be adjusted over time to straighten the wall.
