This homeowner in Elysburg had existing basement waterproofing, but poor exterior drainage. The water was causing soil erosion around the foundation, which was also adding to the water issue in the basement. Liberty Basement Systems was able to add a buried discharge line, complete with our patented lawnscape cap to be able to properly divert the water away from the foundation.

As a result of excessive moisture damage to the floor joists above this basement, the floor began to sag. To support the weak floor joists in the basement and stabilize the sagging floor above, we installed SmartJack Support Posts.
