Robert came out and was very good at explaining what the company offered. How they achieved their goal, and did not push products that were not needed or wanted at this time, but let me know what was available.
Aaron came out to install the track system, and realized that we could do the underground system which was preferable. He went out of his way to let me know that and came back to install it. The crew was polite, pleasant to speak with and worked hard to get everything installed in one day. They explained the system and took me through to see what they were doing.
Better than when they arrived.
