Liberty Basement Systems was called to a home in Williamsport, Pennsylvania for a severe bowing wall issue. The wall had existing braces at a difference location, but there was a new area of the wall that showed serious need for foundation repair.
Our installation crew responded by installing a PowerBrace Wall Repair System. The wall, and the structure were saved. This wall and the structure will be standing strong for years to come.
Seth S. of Williamsport, PA noticed water leaking from his basement wall. Not knowing where the water was coming from, he knew that he needed a professional to come and take a look. After reading Liberty Basement Systems reviews, he decided to give our office a call. Appointment Center manager, Lee set a free estimate appointment.
Inspector, Robert Whary determined there was a crack in the foundation wall. The crack allowed water to come in from the outside, resulting in water damage to Seth's basement wall. To resolve this problem, Robert informed Seth that using our FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System would be the best solution.
We use an innovative polyurethane sealant called FlexiSpan to seal the crack. This flexible sealant will never dry or crack and can flex to the natural movement of your foundation wall, ensuring a completely waterproofing seal. After hearing Robert's professional advice, Seth set the appointment to have crack repaired. Production Manager, Aaron Lenker removed the drywall, and jackhammered a small area in front of the wall. FlexiSpan was placed along the crack, ensuring a waterproofed seal. After the sealant is dry, BrightWall was placed over top of the seal, covering the wall that was removed. WaterGuard was installed in the trench that was hammered out, ensuring if water would come in, it would be carried away to a drainage system. The trench is covered and sealed with concrete, leaving Seth with a healthy and dry basement!
