We installed a SuperSump Plus to remove water from the basement. Then, we put in a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. WaterGuard is installed beneath the floor in order to capture water seepage at the floor/wall joint. This water is drained to the sump pump! On the walls we installed a CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick vapor barrier that captures moisture on the walls and guides it to the basement drainage system. We also extended the exterior discharge line in order to prevent water from pooling by the foundation. We added an IceGuard attachment to the discharge line to provide a way for water to escape the sump even in the dead of winter.

This basement is now dry with the systems in place to keep it that way, year-round!
