SmartJack crawl space support posts were installed for permanent stabilization. 

The LawnScape Outlet allows water to escape while concealing the end of the pipe with an easy-to-clean, removable lid. 

Due to high moisture levels in this homeowner's basement, the existing support post rotted and became unstable. As a permanent replacement, we installed our SmartJack support post. 

Foundation push piers permanently stabilize the foundation by transferring the weight of the structure to competent soil. The piers are driven deep into the ground and the weight of the structure is transferred to the piers. The piers are designed to be strong enough to support the weight and to remain in the same position for years, providing a permanent solution to foundation settlement.

Moisture in this dirt crawl space had begun to cause damage. All of the fiberglass insulation was falling down, and mold was growing. We removed all of the old insulation and then treated the mold to kill and remove it. Next, we installed a StarPipe Drainage System and SuperSump Plus to collect and drain water out of the crawl space. The crawl space was then encapsulated with CleanSpace! This durable vapor barrier seals out moisture and drafty air. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the air stays fresh and dry!

This crawl space has been completely transformed and the homeowner is thrilled! What was once a damp and dirty space is now a dry, clean, and usable one!
