This basement will be kept dry, have low humidity levels, and have no mold growth after installing our high-quality, patented products, such as the TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard drainage system, SaniDry dehumidifier, and CleanSpace vapor barrier.

Our CleanSpace Drainage Matting contains raised dimples on the surface that provide a channel for water to drain underneath the CleanSpace vapor barrier liner. The water is then directed to the perimeter drain and sump pump.

Several of the foundation support piers under this building were sunken into the ground, uneven, and even collapsed. These problems are a result of shifting soil and/or erosion caused by water, which caused the piers to move and sink. Stabilizing the foundation permanently with SmartJack Support Posts was the most effective way to ensure the building's safety.
