This Berwick, PA customer was experiencing mold growth due to water entering their basement. Liberty Basement Systems installed WaterGuard Drainage System to effectively solve this customer's wet basement and mold problem. WaterGuard, along with other Basement Systems products that were installed will intercept water at the perimeter of the customer's basement and safely be drained away from their home. This Berwick homeowner was looking to protect their crawl space by having it encapsulated. We were happy to help and got to work. We first insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. These panels are graphite-infused and up to 24% more effective than conventional foam. We then installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation. CleanSpace is our ULTRA durable 20mil thick liner. This space is now insulated and protected against moisture, pests, and drafty air.

Our crew of experts installed SmartJacks to provide structural support. These adjustable steel piers provide sturdy support in the crawl space while also lifting sagging floors back up to where they need to be. The space was encapsulated with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System! This system seals out pests, outside air, and moisture!
