The WaterGuard system effectively captures wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system through inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to your sump pump.

This crawl space was having some issues with water seeping into it. All of that moisture had caused beams to become weak and the homeowners to be concerned.

We solved the weak beam issues with SmartJacks! These fully adjustable steel support posts provide a custom fit. We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal out moisture, outside air, and pests! Then, we added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the humidity in the space stays low and the air stays fresh and dry!

Moisture will no longer be a problem in this crawl space! 

To permanently solve this homeowners wet basement problem, Liberty Basement Systems production crew installed a wall vapor barrier system, a high-quality sump pump, an interior drainage system, and a dehumidifier. 

This wet basement needed systems put in place to keep it dry. We were able to do just that for this homeowner! We put in a SuperSump Plus, CleanSpace Wall System, and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. This once wet basement is now a dry one! This basement is protected from water intrusion and the homeowner couldn't be happier!
