This compromised the structural integrity of the house, resulting in the need for a complete foundation repair. To protect the safety of this home, we installed foundation piers to permanently stabilize the foundation by transferring the weight of the structure to competent soil.

This basement had two big problems: water and a failing foundation. We solved the water issues by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. WaterGuard is installed beneath the basement floor in order to capture the water seepage at the floor/wall joint. It then drains to the TripleSafe which pumps the water out of the space. We stabilized the foundation wall with PowerBrace. These adjustable zin-plated steel beams provide permanent support and can even potentially straighten the wall back to where it was over time.
