We were contacted by a Plains, PA homeowner who needed help with a leaking basement wall. A free basement waterproofing inspection and estimate was scheduled shortly afterwards with inspector Robert W. Whenever it rained heavily, the basement wall would leak water, leaving a puddle of water on the floor.
