These steel tube sections were strategically driven through the ground to reach stable load-bearing soil, effectively stabilizing the foundation’s position. This method not only halted future settlement but also had the potential to lift the home back towards its original elevation, closing unsightly cracks and rehabbing door operations. Meanwhile, we addressed the inward bowing of the basement walls using the PowerBrace system. These custom-fit, zinc-plated beams were secured tightly against the walls, ensuring no further inward movement while allowing the potential reversal of wall failures over time. To combat water intrusion, we embedded the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system beneath the basement floor. This advanced design channeled water directly to the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump, which provided the critical protection needed against water entry—even during power outages, thanks to its battery-powered backup. With the project wrapped up, the homeowner regained their peace of mind. Their foundation was stable, and water concerns were now a thing of the past.
