This technical note details the assessment and remediation of a compromised residential foundation wall exhibiting a horizontal crack. The implemented solution involved the application of a carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) system, specifically the CarbonArmor® system, to provide structural reinforcement and prevent further deterioration. The methodology, materials, and rationale for this non-invasive repair technique are discussed.
