Cracked and Bowing
This foundation wall had vertical and stair step cracks. It was also bowing.
Foundation Repair
To stabilize this wall, we installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor System. This involves transferring the weight of the foundation wall to nearby, load bearing soil as seen here. The anchor plates in the soil are connected to anchor plates on the basement wall by steel rods. This system can be tightened overtime in an effort to fully straighten the leaning foundation wall.
