Challenge
Over saturated soil, and standing water created a breeding ground for cracks, shifting and a settling foundation.
Solution
Liberty Basement Systems utilized the Push Pier System to create lift and bring the settling foundation back within normal limits. We also added a high volume exterior French drain which will protect the foundation from any future water issues.
