Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Sinking floors in this cabin home prompted the homeowner to give us a call. Moisture in the crawl space had caused the beams to become weak and as a result, the floors in the home had begun to sag. We supported the beams with SmartJacks! These fully adjustable steel support posts bring floors back up to where they were. We tackled the moisture issues with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick, ultra durable liner that creates a vapor barrier. 

This home is now supported and safe from moisture! 

Liberty Basement Systems transformed this crawl space by removing and disposing of soggy, moldy insulation and other debris. Our production crew installed CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, a SmartSump Pump System with an Exterior Discharge Line and LawnScape Outlet, SaniDry Sedona crawl space dehumidifier, and cleaned the surface areas with Mold X spray cleaner. 

Boiling Springs, PA customer had The Turtl in color brown installed to have easier access to their crawl space. The Turtl is made from rigid plastic so it will never rot, rust, corrode, or need paint. Having a weathertight lid, water and debris can't make it's way into your crawl space access way. Not only do they look great, but they are safe, secure, and lockable!
