Moisture in this dirt crawl space had begun to cause damage. All of the fiberglass insulation was falling down, and mold was growing. We removed all of the old insulation and then treated the mold to kill and remove it. Next, we installed a StarPipe Drainage System and SuperSump Plus to collect and drain water out of the crawl space. The crawl space was then encapsulated with CleanSpace! This durable vapor barrier seals out moisture and drafty air. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the air stays fresh and dry!
