Wet Basement Issues
Water was seeping into this basement far more often than the homeowner was comfortable with. They knew they needed some sort of waterproofing in place, so they called us.
Waterproofing Begins
We began putting in a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. This systems is installed beneath the floor and collects any moisture seeping from the floor/wall joint. We also installed a half-wall CleanSpace Wall System. This will capture any moisture seeping from the walls and send it to the drainage system.
TrenchDrain
We added a TrenchDrain around fixtures were WaterGuard couldn't go. The TrenchDrain ties in to the WaterGuard System for seamless waterproofing!
Wet Basement Made Dry!
Once installed, WaterGuard is nearly invisible! To keep water OUT of the basement, we added a SuperSump Plus sump pump. This sump comes with a WaterWatch Alarm for added peace of mind.
