Wet Basement
Water was a common occurrence in this basement. The homeowner was hoping we could help them keep it dry.
Drainage System
We installed a FloGuard Drainage System around the perimeter to capture water seepage and drain it to the sump.
Waterproofing Systems
Once fully installed, the drainage system is basically invisible! On the walls we installed a CleanSpace Wall System to make sure any moisture was drained to the sump. CleanSpace also adds a nice bright touch to the walls without having to paint!
IceGuard
To make sure the sump pump doesn't flood in the winter, we added an IceGuard attachment to the discharge line! IceGuard is a perforated attachment that provides a way for water to escape the sump, even if the normal discharge line is frozen.
