Moisture in the Basement
Water was seeping in to this basement and it was taking its toll on the space.
Sump Pump
We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump to get water out of this space. We also put in a FloGuard System. FloGuard is a perimeter drainage system that drains to the sump pump.
TrenchDrain
We added a TrenchDrain by the door. This will prevent water from flooding the basement, even when the door is in use!
CleanSpace
We added a CleanSpace Wall System to ensure any moisture coming from the walls was captured and sent to the drainage system. This basement is now waterproofed!
