Wet Basement
This old basement was having problems staying dry.
Dirt Basmeent
The dirt floor and rock walls were allowing moisture to seep in. The homeowner called us wanting a change.
Drainage Matting
We started waterproofing this basement. Because the floor was dirt we needed to cover that, too. We began by installing Drainage Matting. This matting creates a thermal break between the earth and the basement. It also helps to guide any surface water toward the Drainage System.

LawnScape
We also extended the exterior drainage line and installed a LawnScape Well. This way water from the sump can be discharged far away from the foundation.
