A homeowner in Halifax, PA, faced a persistent and concerning issue: significant water intrusion into their basement during heavy rains. Solution

To combat this challenging problem, our team implemented a multi-faceted and comprehensive waterproofing solution. We began by installing our renowned WaterGuard sub-floor perimeter drainage system. This innovative system is strategically placed beneath the basement floor, around the entire perimeter, to effectively intercept any water entering through the walls or cove joints before it can reach the basement floor.

Complementing the WaterGuard system, we installed a reliable TripleSafe Sump Pump. This high-performance sump pump acts as the primary collection point for the WaterGuard system, efficiently pumping collected water out of the basement and away from the foundation. The TripleSafe system provides three levels of protection, ensuring continuous operation even during power outages.

Finally, to address the high humidity levels often associated with basement moisture and to prevent future mold growth, we integrated a high-capacity SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This advanced dehumidifier effectively removes excess moisture from the air, maintaining optimal humidity levels and ensuring a dry, comfortable, and healthy indoor environment.

 The basement is now completely dry and free from water intrusion. The WaterGuard system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier have collectively and effectively intercepted and redirected all incoming water, eliminating the previous risk. This comprehensive solution has not only protected the homeowner's property from water damage but has also significantly enhanced the home’s durability and improved the overall indoor comfort, providing peace of mind for years to come.
