Due to high moisture levels in this homeowner's basement, the existing support post rotted and became unstable. As a permanent replacement, we installed our SmartJack support post.

This durable vapor barrier seals out moisture and drafty air. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the air stays fresh and dry!
