This customer in Lock Haven wanted a cleaner look in their basement as well as a better drainage system and upgraded pump.

Due to an increasing water table and a porous stone foundation, the existing sump pump could not keep up. Liberty Basement Systems installed our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump with battery back up to keep this basement dry for years to come.

In Lock Haven, PA, a troubled foundation caused sagging floorboards and inadequate beam support, raising concerns for stability. As seen in the photos, our team at Liberty Basement Systems expertly addressed this issue. We installed the SmartJack® System, which stabilized and lifted the crawl space beams and floor joists to their original elevation. Utilizing galvanized steel columns on a solid base, we ensured a secure and reliable structure. The result? Customer was looking to encapsulate their crawl space. Liberty Basement Systems installed CleanSpace on the walls and CleanSpace and Drainage Matting for the ground insulation.

The solution involves creating a solid base of engineered fill below the steel columns, securing structural integrity and reducing floor bounce.
