Upon arrival, our System Design Specialist assessed the overall condition of the basement and identified both the entry points of water and the structural instability of the foundation walls. Our proposed strategy was straightforward and robust. We recommended installing our TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard drainage system, and PowerBrace foundation repair system to address the water and stability issues comprehensively. Our production team began by installing the WaterGuard sub-floor perimeter drainage system to efficiently channel any seeping water into the TripleSafe Sump Pump. This powerful sump system, featuring three levels of pumping protection, ensures optimal water removal even during power outages, flooding, or sump failure. Next, we addressed the bowing walls by transforming the foundation’s stability with our PowerBrace System. These zinc-plated steel beams were custom-fit to the height of the basement and tightly fixed, gradually stabilizing the walls and preventing further inward movement. When the job was completed, water intrusion had been effectively eliminated, and the basement walls were restored to a stable condition.
