Every time it would rain this Danville, PA homeowner’s basement would take on water. After seeing a Liberty Basement Systems TV commercial for basement waterproofing, she decided to contact our office. Appointment center manager, Lee Bertovich scheduled a free in-home estimate for inspector, Tyler Holcombe to assess the homeowner’s wet basement problem. During the inspection, it was noted that the home was older and had a concrete block foundation. Tyler was able to see where the point of entry was that the water was coming through and knew exactly what the customer needed to solve her wet basement problems for good.
To be certain this basement would no longer taken on water each time it rained, Tyler concluded that this basement needed WaterGuard Sub-Floor Drainage System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace Wall System. The WaterGuard is a piping system that intercepts water at the perimeter of the basement and drains to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. This system is the most effective and reliable way to solve wet basement problems permanently. CleanSpace Wall System is part of our healthy home strategy. It's installed along the walls and held in place with drilled in fasteners and spikes. Water that moves through the foundation wall will be stopped by the CleanSpace Wall System. The water will run down the CleanSpace and drain into the WaterGuard.
