A homeowner in Bushkill, Pennsylvania requested assistance with a problem with their sagging floor, which was located directly above the crawl space. After a free waterproofing inspection, inspector Logan M. recommended a custom solution to the homeowner's leaking garage wall problem.
Our waterproofing experts installed a partial interior perimeter drainage system to capture water at the most common point of entry - the floor and the wall joint. A SuperSump pump was installed along with an exterior discharge line to remove the collected water from the drainage system.
High moisture levels and termite damage caused crawl space issues for a Bushkill, PA homeowner. When they needed an expert to take care of the job, they contacted our office. We scheduled a free crawl space repair inspection with Logan M. for an assessment of the damage and to provide a customized solution. Liberty Basement Systems sealed the joists from the outside, sprayed mold treatment, installed a perimeter drainage system, put in a sump pump, and covered the crawl space walls and floor with a CleanSpace vapor barrier. A crawl space dehumidifier was also installed to keep the humidity low. The joists were sistered and a steel supplemental beam was used to stabilize the structure. Support posts were positioned and secured throughout the crawl space to ensure stability and leveling.
