A real-estate agent in Boiling Springs, PA contacted our office with questions about a potential homebuyer’s interest in a property they managed. The floor above the crawl space was sagging and it was important that they spoke with a crawl space repair professional to find a solution for their sagging floor problem. Another concern was a slight odor coming from the crawl space as well. The potential homebuyer loved the home but wanted to make sure there was a permanent solution for the crawl space problem before they pulled the trigger on purchasing the home.
