Crawl Space Problems

This crawl space had a lot of moisture seeping into it. The gravel floor was often wet and some of the main beams were starting to sag.

Insulated

We insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the walls. We created a thermal break on the floors with Drainage Matting and then installed TerraBlock insulation over top.

Encapsulated

The space was encapsulated with CleanSpace. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick vapor barrier. This super durable liner seals out moisture and isolates the crawl space from the earth.

SmartJack

We installed SmartJacks to provide support for weak beams. This will help to lift any sagging floors back up to where they need to be. No more sinking floors for these homeowners! This crawl space is now properly insulated, supported, and protected from moisture!
