Wet Crawl Space
This crawl space was having a lot of issues with moisture.
Work Begins!
We installed a SmartSump Sump Pump to keep water out of the space. This sump pump is in a airtight liner with a WaterWatch Alarm. We also laid down Drainage Matting. This dimpled matting creates a thermal break in the crawl space and helps to guide surface water to the sump pump.
Crawl Space Isulation
We installed TerraBlock on the floors and SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the walls to ensure this crawl space was well-insulated! A properly insulated crawl space helps to reduce energy costs!
Encapsulated
The crawl space was encapsulated with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System! This system brightens the crawl space and seals out moisture and pests!
