Drainage Matting
After cleaning out any debris from the space, we installed Drainage Matting. Drainage Matting creates a thermal break between the crawl space and the earth. This dimpled matting also prevents surface water from building up underneath the vapor barrier.
Crawl Space Sump Pump
We put in a SuperSump Plus to keep water out! This sump comes with an airtight liner and a WaterWatch Alarm. This alarm will alert the homeowner in the event of a power outage.
CleanSpace Encapsulation
The crawl space was encapsulated with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System! This system creates a durable vapor barrier in the space that seals out water, pests, and humid air!
