Moisture in the crawl space had caused mold and structural issues. We solved these problems by treating the mold and installing a waterproofing system, SmartJacks, a CleanSpace Encapsulation System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This crawl space is now dry and structurally sound!

We then installed SmartJacks to support the weak beams and lift the sagging floors back up to where they belong. Next, we installed Drainage Matting! Drainage Matting softens the floor and guides surface water toward the drainage system.
