Cole Fisher arrived when expected, listened to my concerns, evaluated basement, provided recommendation and product video, and answered all questions to my complete satisfaction. Having previously reviewed available market alternatives, I was confident that Cole's recommendation was in my best interest and I made the purchase.

Cole was aware of my concern about expedient installation due to failure of existing system and arranged to personally do the installation the following morning to avoid any delay. He arrived on time, installed the unit, and ensured I was comfortable with operation and maintenance. Throughout my interaction with him, Cole was kind, caring, and professional. Nothing was lacking in his attention to detail. And, Cole didn't ask for a review. I asked him how I could provide one. I was so confident in his work and the product that I will gladly share my experience with family, friends and neighbors.
