Voicemail Blackout Raises Eyebrows
We have recently had an update to our phone system which caused some routing errors with our voicemails.
To our loyal customers, we would like to issue our sincerest apologies. While technology can be wonderful and extremely helpful, unfortunately sometimes there are glitches. We have recently had an update to our phone system which caused some routing errors with our voicemails.
If you have attempted to contact us within the last few months and left us a voicemail, and felt we had neglected you, this was not at all our intention. We simply just did not know that your voicemail was there, and for that we are incredibly apologetic.
