Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a homeowner in Orangeville, PA, who was facing a significant challenge. Our dedicated production team, led by an experienced foreman, took on the task. They began by creating a solid base of engineered fill, ensuring the load of the new support system was well-distributed. Galvanized steel SmartJacks were tailored to fit, placed onto 12-inch steel bases, and carefully secured to the existing girders with adjustable brackets. With the use of heavy-duty threaded rods, our experts adjusted the system to lift and stabilize the sagging floors effectively. The outcome was a remarkable improvement in the structural integrity of the home.
