Sinking Concrete Slab
A sinking concrete porch slab has now separated from the home and is causing unneeded stress on the below foundation wall of the home causing it to bow and bend.
Before Powerbraces
The concrete block foundation wall has begun to bow and bend under the pressure of the concrete slab above.
Slab Pier Installation
Holes are drilled in to the concrete slab and in to stable soils below so that our slab pier system can be installed under the porch slab for stabilization.
Finished Slab Piers
The slab piers have been installed and a fresh layer of concrete was put in to place to seal the work area.
The Powerbrace System
The Powerbrace is in place along the wall that was bowing and put under duress from the sinking porch slab.
