This Coplay, PA homeowner noticed water damage along the bottom of the basement walls. The basement is used as a storage place/utility room. There was great concern for her personal belongings becoming ruined due to the water problem. After seeing a Liberty Basement Systems commercial, she decided to give us a call!
After inspector, Tom B. did a thorough inspection of the basement, he knew exactly what the customer needed. Once the homeowner heard all her options, she was eager to get the job done, and have a healthy and dry basement. It was decided that the customer would have The WaterGuard Sub-Floor Drainage System, TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System, A TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall System, and an Exterior Discharge Line installed. With these Basement Systems' products combined, without a doubt the customer's basement will stay dry for good!
Liberty Basement Systems production team started by jackhammering the perimeter of the basement floor. After debris is cleared, The WaterGuard System was installed. WaterGuard works with all types of foundations. Channels were hammered out around the customers water and oil tank. TrenchDrain Drainage System was placed in those channels to catch and drain water. The water will drain to the WaterGuard System, and then to the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe is the world’s most reliable pumping system, keeping your basement dry with triple the protection! Once the water drains to the sump pump, it flows through the Exterior Discharge Line, and is safely carried away from the home.
After the work was completed, production foreman, Jordan did his final walk through. The customer was very happy knowing she will not have to worry about a wet basement again! She was very impressed with the professionalism Liberty Basement Systems provided from start to finish.

LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet is the very last piece at the end of the Exterior Discharge Line. This is a very popular choice when having a Sump Pump System installed in your basement. The lid is also removeable for easy cleaning! It's flush with your grass, so it wouldn't be a tripping hazard AND it won't catch on the mower!
