Basement Problems
This basement was having moisture issues and foundation problems.
Foundation Wall Secured
We stabilized with PowerBrace. These steel beams anchor to both the basement floor below and the floor joists above. We also jack hammered out the perimeter to install our perimeter drainage system.
Waterproofed Basement
We waterproofed this space by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. These products will work in unison to keep water out of this basement.
Waterproofed and Structurally Sound
This basement is now waterproofed and structurally sound!
